They are used to run the website, protect it from misuse and fix technical problems. We do not use them to identify you.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When you buy a ticket or an experience<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number and order details. We need them to issue your ticket, contact you if there is a problem with your booking, and meet our accounting and tax obligations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Credit card details never pass through our systems and we never see them: they are handled directly by the payment service provider.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When you write to us<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you send us an email, we keep the message and your contact details for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your request.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When you accept statistics<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are most visited and how people move around the website. It helps us improve it. Without your consent this tool stays off: no collection takes place.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The legal bases we rely on<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To perform the contract, when you buy a ticket or an experience.<\/li>\n<li>To comply with legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax rules.<\/li>\n<li>On the basis of your consent, for browsing statistics. You can withdraw it at any time.<\/li>\n<li>For our legitimate interest, where the security and proper operation of the website are concerned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long we keep your data<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order data and accounting records: ten years, as required by Article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations.<\/li>\n<li>Email correspondence not linked to a purchase: two years from the last contact.<\/li>\n<li>Technical server log data: twelve months.<\/li>\n<li>Google Analytics statistical data: fourteen months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who else sees your data<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not sell or pass on personal data to anyone for commercial purposes. We share it only with the providers that keep the website and the ticket shop running, and only for that.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva: hosts the website and the data. Its servers are in Switzerland.<\/li>\n<li>The payment service provider: processes card details on our behalf to collect the payment.<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft: runs the Foundation&#8217;s email accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics: receives browsing data in aggregated form, and only if you have given consent.<\/li>\n<li>Google, for the Google Fonts service: the typeface of some text is loaded from Google&#8217;s servers, which receive the device&#8217;s IP address at that moment. This is not tied to the statistics consent and is not used to identify you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some of these providers may also process data outside Switzerland. In that case we make sure adequate safeguards are in place, such as the recognised standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At any time you can:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ask what data we hold about you and obtain a copy;<\/li>\n<li>ask for it to be corrected, if it is wrong or incomplete;<\/li>\n<li>ask for it to be deleted, where we are not legally required to keep it;<\/li>\n<li>object to a processing operation or ask for it to be restricted;<\/li>\n<li>withdraw consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before;<\/li>\n<li>receive the data you provided to us in a machine-readable format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise them, write to <a href=\"mailto:post@zooalmaglio.ch\">post@zooalmaglio.ch<\/a>. We reply within thirty days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Security<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website uses an encrypted connection on every page. Access to the admin panel is restricted to authorised people and protected by password. Data is hosted on servers located in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the way this website handles data changes, we will update this policy and show the date.
