Animal Talk & Animal Experience

Discover the animal-related activities at Zoo al Maglio: a chance to make your visit even more memorable, get up close and personal with some of the animals, and let the zookeepers guide you through interesting facts, stories, and special experiences.

 

Animal Talk

Animal Talk is a free event open to everyone, during which a zookeeper introduces one of the zoo’s animal species and discusses its characteristics, habits, diet, and other interesting facts.

 

Animal Experience

Animal Experience is a guided activity led by zookeepers, during which you can enter specific areas and interact directly with the animals. Participation is limited, and the event is conducted with animal welfare in mind.

 

Prices

Lions: CHF 20.–

Snow leopards: CHF 15.–

All other experiences: CHF 10.–

 

Important information

Minimum age for participating in the animal experiences: 6 years

Children under 6 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

A minimum age of 18 applies to the lion and snow leopard experiences.

The experiences are limited in number and are always offered with due consideration for animal welfare, the animals’ needs, and the zoo’s organizational requirements.
