No specific skills are required—all it takes is a willingness to get involved for a good cause. We believe that working together enriches not only our zoo but also our community. There’s room for everyone
What You Can Do
Every pair of hands is valuable: choose the field where you feel most comfortable.
Animal Care
Help the staff take care of the animals: prepare food, clean the areas, and observe their behavior.
Organization
Assist with organization: welcoming visitors, events, educational activities.
Administration
Supporting the administration: secretarial work, communications, and logistics.

How to Apply
It only takes a few steps to get started as a volunteer.
Send your resume to zoo@zooalmaglio.ch, indicating the areas where you’d like to help, your skills, and how much time you can dedicate. Initial contact is made in writing, upon receipt of your complete application.
- Minimum age: 15 years old.
- For ZOO CAMP workshops: 13 years old.
